– Experience in trailblazing and leading strategic initiatives with governments and policy makers including Intel’s World Ahead initiative in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey region.
– 25 years of multi-national ICT industry experience (hardware, software, services) with senior GM/MD leadership, sales and marketing, business development, strategic planning, and engineering management roles in the US and EMEA.
– Experience in building and managing executive relationships with key ecosystem players including governments, OEMs, LOEMs, Telco, Distis, local resellers, NGOs, and Press.
– Experience in leading diverse multi-cultural, cross-organizational, cross-functional teams to drive growth strategies, develop and execute aggressive sales programs under constrained budgets – Most recently managed > $3B sales revenue targets.
– Excellent leadership and people/project management skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity and focus on execution, results, and deliverables to drive growth.
– Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision makers, stakeholders and executive/board staff on key strategic initiatives, and directions.
– Ability to formulate, drive, and manage comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth and business and organization transformations in alignment with the company’s business strategy
– Experience in working with and managing multi-cultural and multi-national teams. Professional experience and graduate degrees from the US (MBA), Europe (MSc.), and the Middle-East (BSc.)
– Strong technical background in both hardware and software platforms and architecture with a solid knowledge of Intel technologies, product roadmaps, and processes combined with a solid Telecom experience.
